L’Enfant Plaza Branch Closure (8/21): Due to street closures in Washington, DC, ahead of the Freedom 250 IndyCar race, the L’Enfant Plaza Branch will be closed to members on Friday, August 21. Virtual Branch Online Banking and the USPS FCU Mobile App will remain available 24/7. The branch will resume normal business hours on Monday, August 24.

  • Employed by or retired from the United States Postal Service
  • An immediate family member* of an existing USPS FCU member (in good standing) or are residing with a member** of USPS FCU.
    • * Immediate family includes: parents, grandparents, siblings, children, foster children, grandchildren, stepchildren, adopted children, co-habitants of the primary member**, and spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this Credit Union.

Select Group Eligibility

To be eligible, your organization or company must be within a 50 mile radius of the Main Office of USPS FCU or one of its branches, and your company must not participate in any other credit union.

Your company must also be in business for at least 3 years and must offer Direct Deposit or Payroll Allotment. You must have a minimum of 25 employees to be eligible to become a sponsor.

USPS FCU Select Groups (SGs)

Current Listing U. S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union membership includes employees and members of organizations called Select Groups (SGs). If you belong to one of these organizations as an employee or family member of an employee that has an account, you are eligible to join.
