USPS FCU offers Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance.

As an eligible Credit Union member, you are entitled to receive a $2,000 coverage of Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, at NO cost to you! Coverage is underwritten through Minnesota Life Insurance Company and is serviced through Affinion Benefits Group, LLC for our members. Your Credit Union pays the premiums. Additional coverage is available at your expense, with the payments being automatically withdrawn from your account. For more details and to enroll, call 1-877-309-6576.

Notification of Change:  Effective December 1, 2012, Minnesota Life Insurance Company is the new carrier for your Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. Affinion Benefits Group, LLC is the new Plan Administrator. There has been no interruption in coverage. You will receive a separate notification letter in the mail regarding premiums, schedule of quarterly premium deductions, and new plan benefits. You should receive the letter by the end of April 2013 to inform you of when your premiums will be deducted. Since your last deduction was in September 2012, they will inform you of the plan to catch the premium deductions up for December 2012 and March 2013.
